Research On The Application Of Target Cost Management Of Jindadi's Yanlan Mountain Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of the real estate industry in our country,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense,and the externalization of enterprises becomes more and more responsible,which makes the cost management of enterprises more obvious.The traditional idea of project management after the occurrence of the project has been unable to adapt to the current situation,and the target eost management model is gradually being popularized and applied.At present,the application of target cost management in the real estate industiy of our country is not perfect,and it still needs to be optimized constantly.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the relevant theories,ideas and application status of target management.This paper analyzes and studies the results of related research at home and abroad,uses case analysis method,literature research method and expert interview method to explore,and expounds the relevant theories,ideas,application status of target cost management and so on.Based on the analysis of current practice,this paper studies the cost of enterprise cost management in the process of project development,such as contract planning,completion settlement,project construction,project positioning,planning and design,etc.This paper makes use of the project cost management theory to construct the enterprise cost management system,and puts forward the optimization measures of the enterprise cost management for the purpose of the strategic managementThis paper takes the case of Jindi Real Estate Company as the research sample,analyzes the defects in the process of cost compilation of the project,and finds out its weak points.In order to better realize the effective management of enterprise cost,strengthen the management level,reduce the cost of the enterprise,increase the profit of the enterprise,this paper systematically analyzes the related theories of the cost management of the real estate project.This paper analyzes the problems in project cost management,finds solutions and establishes a rich,systematic and comprehensive knowledge system.
