With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,the hotel industry is also presenting a trend of rapid development.The hotel industry is gradually becoming the mainstay of tertiary industry in China,playing an increasingly important role in the development of human being society.With the rapid development of hotel industry,it is facing many practical problems.To a certain extent,the current hotel industry is unable to meet the ever-changing market demand.In today’s hotel industry,although marketing strategy has been widely used,there are still weak links restricting the innovation of the hotel industry.Therefore,how to reasonably apply marketing strategies to break through the bottleneck of development and enhance competitive advantages is particularly important to the development of hotels and even the hotel industry.Taking a hotel H in a district of Suzhou as an example,this thesis combs the literature research on internal and external hotel marketing strategy theory through literature method.Through the application of the hotel’s marketing strategy theory and method,this thesis makes an in-depth and comprehensive qualitative analysis on the current situation of the company’s marketing strategy application,elaborates on the existing problems,and further analyzes the causes of the problems.SWOT theory,STP marketing theory,4Ps+4R marketing strategy,i.e.product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy are formulated according to the target market,combining customer retention,relevant sales,customer recommendation.From the aspects of customer orientation as the center,developing relationship marketing,expanding network marketing,strengthening nationwide marketing,enriching content marketing,etc.,the hotel marketing and other strategies are optimized to remove the disadvantages of the hotel’s existing marketing strategy to the greatest extent,optimize and perfect the marketing strategy,promote the improvement of the hotel’s marketing level,actively promote the transformation and development of the hotel’s marketing strategy,improve the hotel management level,enhance the hotel’s comprehensive competitiveness,and promote the sustainable development of the hotel. |
