With the rapid development of Chinese society,the living standards of the Chinese people increased gradually.More and more ordinary Chinese people began to focus on their own health issues while pursuiting of material life,so,the pharmaceutical industry has gradually come into people's eyes.After years of development,the pharmaceutical industry has become an important part of the industrial structure of China,and it brings a great contribution to China's economic development every year.As the sales staff of Medicines Company,the medicine representatives are been paid more and more attention by Chinese people.Good medicine representatives can not only bring a lot of economic benefits to the enterprise,but also bring the latest medical information to the doctors,as the result the normal patients can have the better medical services than ever.However,it still have many and many problems in the medical representative itself,the high turnover rate is just one of them.Z Pharmaceuticals T Office is located in the southeast coast of China.Similar to other pharmaceutical enterprises,there is also a problem of excessive staff turnover in T Office.Based on the characteristics of the problem of staff turnover in T office,this paper analyzes the causes of high turnover rate of staff according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.According to the needs of employees at different levels,a series of measures can be taken to reduce the turnover rate of T offices.This is of great significance to reducing the turnover of personnel in T offices and the entire industry.This paper finds that the reason for the loss of employees in the T office involves all aspects of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,but focuses on social and respectal levels.Therefore,the countermeasures designed in this article are designed at all levels but focus on the satisfaction of the social and respectal needs.
