The comprehensive and open financial industry has enabled China's joint-stock commercial banks to develop rapidly.Urban commercial banks and regional commercial banks have also carried out continuous expansion and development.Coupled with the influx of foreign banks into the country,the status quo of several state-owned commercial banks in the dominant situation has quietly changed.Unprecedented competition and challenges are hitting commercial banks.The importance of human resource management is obvious in complex business situations.In the enterprise personnel,the managerial level is often a matter of great importance.Their phased business goals,the marketing of large projects,and the control of the enterprise's macro development are unmatched by the average employee.Reasonable and efficient management echelon is the guarantee of the steady progress of enterprises.The managerial fault is a kind of fault in the scope of corporate personnel.It is the situation where the allocation of corporate management personnel does not reach a reasonable state,which brings many adverse effects to the management and operation of the company.The most important performance is the age imbalance and knowledge imbalance of management personnel.The main manifestations are age fault and knowledge fault.Studying and solving the problem of managerial fault will bring considerable significance to the regular operation and development of enterprises.Commercial banks must strengthen their investment in managerial management.We will ensure that managers are scientifically and reasonably deployed by means of value training and reserve cadres,so that they will always be able to manage steadily under the increasingly severe form of management.This paper selects the LC branch of G Bank as a case bank,starting from the actual data of the past three years,shows the current situation of the bank's personnel,highlights the important problem of management fault and its main manifestations through data analysis,analyzes the impact and causes of fault,and puts forward management fault solutions.And implementation protection.Through theoretical research,this article aims to reshape the management structure of LC banks of G banks,achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency,enriching corporate culture,and improving profitability,guide LC banks to improve management teams,and clarify the positioning and strategies in the transition process.It has important application value for the bank to enhance the competitiveness of the LC bank market and ensure sustainable development.
