In the wake of the continuous development of science and technology,the Internet has also undergone earth-shaking changes.Internet finance has risen rapidly and various mobile payment and online investment companies have mushroomed.At the same time,the customer's investment concept has also changed greatly with the change of new technology,from the concept of saving money for banks to the concept of financing for which investment returns are high,and the marketing method of financial institutions has also changed from waiting for customers to looking for customers.However,with the increasing number of banking institutions,the competition among banking outlets is becoming increasingly fierce,which requires banking institutions to change their current marketing methods and pay more attention to customer experience and requirement realization,interaction,facilce,patentness and sharing,and to establish corresponding accurate marketing models for different customer groups by using Internet Data Analysis,so as to further upgrade the customer-centered service concept to refined service for customers.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the L bank L branch 's personal retail business and finds out that in the increasingly competitive financial environment,it is necessary to make full use of data analysis to accurately tap customer needs,establish accurate marketing models,unceasingly majorization products and services,enhance client stickiness and reduce customer churn,so as to find out accurate marketing models that fit the bank's development and enhance the competitiveness of outlets.Through the analysis and application of data analysis of L bank L branch,this paper subdivides different customers,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the bank's marketing development,formulates accurate marketing strategies for the customer groups,provides effective marketing strategies for L bank L branch,and opens up new ideas and strategies for the business development.At the same time,I hope that other banks can learn from this successful way to provide guidance and practical significance for the development of their retail business.
