TV shopping is a non-store marketing commercial retail mode relying on the TV industry.It is an undeveloped retail market in our country,a blue ocean of commerce undergoing structural changes,and an industry with huge business opportunities.The shopping channels in Heilongjiang Province have increased from a unique one of S shopping channels to the current eight shopping channels.According to the steps and methods of the project feasibility study,through PEST analysis,five forces model analysis,market positioning theory,break-even analysis,etc.,combined with the own situation of the expansion project of S shopping channel,this paper demonstrates the project in the aspects of project technology,market demand and project economy,and draws a conclusion that the project is feasible and has a broad prospect.
