Research On Profit Model Optimization Of The Theme Park

At the present stage,China's tourism consumption upgrade has promoted the stable and rapid development of theme parks,but many of these are badly managed.The main reason is that the profit model has gone wrong.The performance is characterized by insufficient profit strategy planning,single profit model and lack of financial security.It is especially important to improve the profit model of theme park companies.In view of this,based on the related literatures of the predecessors,the paper analyzes the development history and types,profit status and profit model types of theme parks in China based on the profit model of theme parks in China.The paper focuses on the case study of A Ocean World's profit model,uses SWOT analysis to obtain the strategic matrix of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A Ocean World,summarizes the strategy that A Ocean World should adopt in the profit model.The paper uses the theory of profit model elements to analyze the problems of its profit model,and analysis the profit model and experience of successful foreign theme parks from the perspective of value chain,then propose optimization suggestions from the two dimensions of profit model elements and value chain.Safety precautions,Including expanding sources of profit,expanding profit targets,improving profit margins,etc.Finally,it is concluded that the theme park should pay more attention to the diversification of the profit model and achieve sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,it is expected that the conclusions and suggestions of the research will provide some reference for the future development of the theme park in China and the transformation of the profit model.
