Human resources are the foundation of a company's growth.The management of human resources can help companies achieve their ultimate strategic goals,including reducing costs,meeting customer needs,and creating value.At the core of human resources,the common practice is to attract talents,manage talents,and retain talents.The important tool for retaining talents and establishing employees' sense of belonging is to improve employees' job satisfaction.The job satisfaction of different employees is the production and operation of enterprises.A link in the process directly restricts the production development of the enterprise.Established in 1957,Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden is a business under the establishment of a business unit that was gradually formed and developed in the process of technological system reform in China.There are many problems with the enterprises in the public institutions.First,they adopt the management model of " one system,two systems".From the perspective of organizational management,they lack the principle of fairness and justice.Second,the complexity of the personnel structure,the management staff are almost all The presence of personnel from public institutions seriously affects the effective promotion and mobility of grassroots employees,and their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work.These potential problems essentially restrict the healthy and orderly development of enterprises,and are not effective human resource management.According to the survey,the annual turnover rate of employees in Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden in recent years is about 9.6%.This paper starts from the employee's job satisfaction,and collects the job satisfaction feelings of different types of employees through interview and questionnaire survey.Through the research and analysis,the employees of Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden have higher satisfaction in salary and welfare,improvement of working conditions,department cooperation and communication,and lower satisfaction in employee cohesion,colleague relationship,external sense of honor and leader recognition.Based on the further analysis of different demographic indicators,this paper suggests that we should establish a fair and just system environment,provide a better working environment for female employees,enrich the sense of work experience,strengthen the construction of team culture,properly incline the welfare to the enterprise employees,and gradually complete the transformation of the identity of members,so as to improve the job satisfaction of employees.
