Jiangxi DJ Cultural Media Coporation combines Internet marketing ideas with traditional real estate market,and grows rapidly in the subdivision industry.Since its establishment in 2017,the company has covered the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and other economically developed areas.It has set up urban subsidiaries in more than 10 cities in China.Now DJ is in the leading level of the real estate new media industry.However,with the change of policy environment and the intensification of market competition,the growth rate of real estate market slows down gradually.DJ company also began to think about the transformation about development.While maintaining a certain speed of expansion,the company also began to focus on improving management efficiency and reducing operating costs.Because of its short establishment time,the functions of human resources department are still weak,and salary management is extensive,which is manifested in unscientific classification of ranks,inconsistent salary structure,and irregular salary management procedures.This research is based on the actual needs of DJ company's operation and management.By using scientific compensation management procedures and drawing lessons from the remuneration management cases of excellent enterprises at home and abroad,it designs the optimization scheme of DJ company's remuneration management.In this research,firstly,it summarizes the existing problems of the company's salary system through a questionnaire survey,then analyzed the reasons for the problems.Finally,the specific problems are improved one by one and corresponding safeguard measures are designed,so that DJ company can maintain sustainable development.
