| In recent years,producer services industry has gradually become an important support for the development of manufacturing.As an advanced producer services industry,science and technology services industry provides intellectual services to the enterprises using modern scientific knowledge,technology and information,increases enterprises’ profit space and improves the efficiency of enterprises.At present,the promotion effect of the science and technology services industry on the improvement of manufacturing efficiency has not been fully reflected,because the path of the promotion effect and the environment that need to be acquired are not clear.In order to clarify the paths to promote manufacturing efficiency through science and technology services industry,it’s very important for the improvement of manufacturing efficiency and the international competitiveness to study the mechanism and moderating factors of the effect from science and technology services industry.Based on the industry relevance theory,specialization theory,technology innovation theory and theory of capital organic,the paper first analyzes the mechanism from three aspects including reducing manufacturing cost with specialized division of labor,forming the core competitiveness of enterprises through technology innovation and improving resource allocation by increasing organic composition of capital,analyzes the adjustment effect including concentration of science and technology services industry and the level of human capital.Then uses mediating effect model and methods for testing moderated mediation models to clarify the mechanism and moderating factors which promote manufacturing efficiency through science and technology services industry based on the panel data of manufacturing and science and technology services industry from 2012-2016.The results show that the science and technology services industry can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the efficiency of the trade to promote the manufacturing efficiency through specialization,enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises to promote the manufacturing efficiency by enhancing manufacturing’s learning ability and innovation ability,optimize enterprise resource allocation to promote the manufacturing efficiency by improving the organic composition of manufacturing capital.At the same time,the level of human capital and concentration of science and technology services industry can significantly regulate the direct and indirect influence of science and technology services industry on manufacturing efficiency.Among them,in the manufacturing cost intermediary path,human capital and concentration of science and technology services industry only play the role of forward adjustment,in the science and technology innovation ability intermediary path,human capital and concentration of science and technology services industry play both forward adjustment and backward adjustment,in the intermediary path of capital organic composition,human capital has both forward adjustment and backward adjustment,while the concentration of science and technology services industry has only forward adjustment.Therefore,on the basis of guaranteeing the professional production of science and technology services industry,establishing industry-university-research-intermediary alliance,enhancing science and technology innovation capability of enterprises through resources integration,guiding science and technology services industry to generate spatial agglomeration according to urban agglomeration,creating "one-stop" science and technology services zone,ensuring the stability of the trading environment and the effectiveness of information transmission to give full play to the role of science and technology services industry in improving manufacturing efficiency. |
