With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the national economy is booming,people's life has been a qualitative leap.Against this background,consumer credit has gradually become an important tool for the people to live and consume in our country.The emergence of consumer credit has affected the development of national economy and greatly promoted the development of consumer credit business in Z Bank at the same time.In recent years,the major banks have turned their attention to the personal consumer credit market,and have invested a lot of manpower and material resources into it,making the consumer credit market competition is particularly fierce.On the other hand,with the increasing popularity of the Internet,although the banking sector has increased to a certain extent,the profit margin has also been increased.To expand,but Internet finance launched a variety of products,making Z Bank consumer credit business facing a serious challenge.In the face of such a situation,the author studies the development of consumer credit business in Z Bank,in order to find good countermeasures through in-depth investigation and analysis of the problem.To promote Z Bank consumer credit business more robust development.In this paper,the author read a large number of domestic and foreign consumer credit,and summarized,for their own research Z Bank provides some theoretical basis.In addition,the author carries on the thorough investigation and the related interview to Z bank in order to provide some feasible data support for the research of this paper.In this paper,the author takes the consumer credit business of Z Bank as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the Z bank consumer credit from the aspects of bank business team and risk improvement,market share and business structure.And you combined the relevant research data to summarize what the bank is facing.The four main problems are the single type of consumer credit business,the low market share of consumer credit,the poor business experience of customers and the lack of professional staff.In addition,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of these four problems and through the above analysis,comes to the conclusion that Z Bank should take consumer credit as the leading factor to expand more competitive credit products.And make out the management mode that accords with business development,lay the foundation for bank development.In addition,Bank Z should establish a scientific and effective management mechanism to reduce the risk of bank management through close monitoring and tracking mechanism.At the same time,regular training to expand staff specialization Industry skills,and the establishment of staff promotion channels,for the bank's future credit team building a solid foundation,enhance Z Bank's core competitiveness.
