Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, frequently, some enterprises have caused serious social problems and negative social influences because they do not assume social responsibilities. At the same time as the emerging social problems are on the rise, corporate social responsibility has also received more and more attention. In order to promote enterprises to undertake CSR to promote social progress, many countries and governments have adopted various policy measures to regulate corporate social responsibility standards and guide corporate social responsibility work.At the same time, consumers are paying more and more attention to whether companies are responsible for CSR.Therefore, more and more companies have incorporated CSR into the key factors of market decision-making,in order to enhance corporate image and improve enterprise efficiency by undertaking CSR.However, companies with social responsibility in the supply chain are faced with cost pressures that cannot be ignored. Therefore,it is a feasible way to seek upstream and downstream cooperation in the supply chain. This paper will study the supply chain CSR cooperation strategy in the following three aspects.First,we study the advantages and disadvantages of CSR cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain through cost sharing and efforts sharing models. The two cooperative models of retailers’ CSR costs and CSR efforts were established respectively, and the optimal strategies of enterprises and supply chains under the two models were compared and analyzed.Research shows that risk-neutral enterprises can realize supply chain optimization, expand market demand, and promote corporate social responsibility through social responsibility sharing contracts. It can be seen that risk-neutral enterprises can not only achieve a win-win situation through CSR sharing, but also promote social and economic development. The risk-neutral retailer’s cooperation approach to share the manufacturer’s CSR efforts is better than the retailer’s way of sharing the cost of the manufacturer’s CSR.We also study the impact of retailer risk aversion on supply chain CSR cooperation strategy.Based on the risk aversion of retailers, two cooperative models of retailers’ CSR costs and CSR efforts were established. The optimal strategies and risk aversion strategies of supply and supply chain CSR were compared. The impact of the cooperation strategy.Research shows that corporate risk aversion attitude will significantly affect supply chain CSR cooperation strategy;Under retail risk aversion, supply chain optimization may not be achieved through social responsibility sharing contract: under some certain conditions, when the risk aversion attitude is high enough, the supply chain passes CSR sharing cooperation will reduce the expected utility of both manufacturers and retailers, and will also lead to a decline in overall CSR efforts in the supply chain, but CSR sharing cooperation strategies will always improve social welfare. We finally study the CSR cooperation strategy of supply chain based on information sharing.Established a non-cooperation mode and retailers to share the cost and effort of manufacturers CSR,and analyzed the impact of information sharing on the optimal decision-making and profit of each participant in the supply chain under different CSR-sharing contracts. The supply chain model under the mode is compared with the supply chain without sharing cooperation. The research finds that the retailer information sharing will significantly affect the optimal decision and expected utility of the supply chain.Under the information sharing, the optimistic market forecast will not The cooperation model and the wholesale price of the products, the selling price and the CSR efforts of the manufacturers in each cooperation mode increase;the retailer shares the CSR cost of the manufacturer, the information sharing will affect the cooperation between the two parties, and the retailer shares the manufacturer.Under the model of CSR efforts, information sharing will not affect the cooperation between the two parties.
