Research On Influencing Factors Of Rrban Entrepreneurship Of Migrant Agricultural Population

In recent years,entrepreneurship of migrant agricultural population has become an important issue of social concern,but at present,it mainly focuses on the discussion of returning migrant agricultural population to start businesses,relatively ignoring the phenomenon of "entrepreneurship in cities".The entrepreneurship of agricultural migrant population in cities can directly promote the employment of agricultural migrant population and thus promote the citizenization of agricultural migrant population.In this paper,the authorized national health and family planning commission dynamic monitoring survey data of the floating population in 2015 was used for secondary analysis.Based on the sample of 88321 agricultural migrant population(agricultural household registration)in the electoral district,different generations of agricultural migrant population were taken as the research object to discuss the differences in the influential factors of three generations of agricultural migrant population in urban entrepreneurship.In the empirical research part of this paper,the influencing factors are divided into four aspects: individual characteristics,family economic characteristics,flow characteristics and social psychological characteristics.The interaction analysis and hierarchical Logistic regression analysis are successively adopted to conduct quantitative analysis on the entrepreneurial choice of three generations of migrant workers in cities.Study found: agricultural transfer of population born after 80 city business ratio higher than the first generation of agricultural population transfer,personal characteristics,family economic characteristics,flow characteristics,the social psychological characteristics will affect the three generations of city business,the family economic characteristics of a generation of agricultural population transfer,flow reason is not the important factors that affect the third generation of agricultural transfer of population,the second and third generation of agricultural population transfer entrepreneurial city residence will influence is more outstanding.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,in order to promote the entrepreneurship process of cities with migrant agricultural population in a reasonable and orderly manner,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,that is,to enhance the entrepreneurial willingness,improve the entrepreneurial environment,promote successful entrepreneurship,and pay attention to intergenerational differences.
