Research On Application Of Effort Estimation In Project Management Of Enterprise A

With the development of the Internet,the software industry is gradually rising.Many enterprises are inseparable from the support of software in their daily production activities,and their demand for software is also growing.With the rapid growth of software scale,software vendors need to meet the timeliness and economy of the project while ensuring the successful delivery of the project,so software vendors have higher management requirements for software projects.Enterprise A is an enterprise software vendor,responsible for developing software and providing maintenance services.At present,there are many project management problems in Enterprise A.The reasons for these problems are that there are large errors in the estimation of project effort in the formulation of project operation plan.The large errors in the estimation of project effort not only make the project budget plan invalid,but also may cause the waste or overexpenditure of enterprise resources.This will affect the use of enterprise resources in other projects,and then affect the normal operation of other projects.Therefore,how to do a good job in project effort estimation is one of the key points of enterprise project management.This thesis will use the method of model study,case analysis and literature study to study the effort estimation of software project in A enterprise,establish and use the effort estimation model in management.This thesis lists and analyses the domestic and foreign project effort estimation methods,analysing the characteristics of each effort estimation method.The effort model of expert experience method suitable for enterprise A project is selected.On the basis of this model,the efficiency of heterogeneous development and the factors affecting the normal development of the project are considered,so the effort obtained is much closer to the effort generated in the actual development process.This thesis takes Project A as an example,explaining the current operation and analysing the reasons for the existing problems.Then this thesis applies the above method to Project A and assigns the tasks of Project A scientifically,which solves the problems in Project A,thus verifying the effectiveness and operability of the proposed method.In this thesis,the establishment of effort estimation model is of practical significance to the software project management.The case can not only provide an operable project management method,but also provide an effective solution to the existing problems.
