Research On Optimization Of Working Capital Management In Binzhou Post Company

No matter the daily operation or sustainable development of an enterprise can not be separated from the support of operating funds.Funds play a very important role in various economic activities of an enterprise.Without adequate operating funds,an enterprise can not maintain normal operation,so the management of operating funds becomes particularly important.Effective management of working capital can not only reduce the business risk of enterprises,but also improve the business efficiency and enhance the profitability of enterprises through efficient use of funds.With the rapid economic growth and increasing competitive pressure,postal enterprises have the characteristics of wide business scope,various types of business and large income scale.There are some problems in the management of working capital,such as low efficiency of working capital and relatively backward management of working capital.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to improve the efficiency of operating funds in postal enterprises.Binzhou Post Company is a municipal branch of China Post Group Company.There are some problems in the management of working capital,such as backward management and low efficiency of using funds.This paper combines theory with practice,uses case analysis method to study Binzhou Post Company.Based on the traditional performance evaluation system of working capital management,it analyses the existing problems in the management of working capital.On this basis,combining with the performance evaluation system of working capital management based on channel,it puts forward the management of working capital of Binzhou Post Company.Improvement measures should be taken.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of working capital management theory at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts related to working capital.Secondly,using the performance evaluation system of traditional working capital management,this paper analyses the current situation of working capital management of Binzhou Post Company,and finds that there are obvious shortcomings in the management of working capital by using traditional working capital management theory,thus introducing the theory of channel working capital management.Finally,using the channel-based performance evaluation system of working capital management,combining with the actual situation of Binzhou Post Company's working capital management,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the management ofworking capital and the safeguard measures for its operation and implementation,and establishes a new management system of working capital for Binzhou Post Company.Through the establishment of this system,we can improve the efficiency of capital turnover,reduce the risk of capital,and improve the profitability of enterprises.At the same time,this study also provides new reference opinions and research ideas for the study of other postal companies' working capital,which has a certain practical significance.
