Study On The Risk Assessment Of The Green Finance Fund Operation Of SPD Bank

Risk evaluation as an effective means of risk management,Whether its evaluation system is perfect and suitable for commercial banks are essential for effective risk management.As an emerging business area of commercial banks,green finance has obvious differences in risk characteristics and management methods compared to traditional banking services.Establishing a targeted and practical fund operation risk assessment indicator system is particularly critical for its effective risk management.This paper selects Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,which is representative of the development of domestic green finance business,as a research case,and evaluates the risk of capital operation that may be faced in the process of developing green financial business.This paper uses the entropy method-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of green financial capital operation of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.First,point out the research trends and shortcomings at home and abroad,define the concepts of capital operation,operational risk,risk assessment and green finance,and expound the relevant basic theories to lay a theoretical foundation for later research;Secondly,identify the existing external and internal capital operation risks by describing the green financial development plan,overall operation and specific operation plan of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in 2015-2017;Then,according to the existing capital operation risks,integrate the risk types of commercial banks,and combine the characteristics of green financial services to design the green financial funds operation risk evaluation index system of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.The index weight is preliminarily determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the entropy method is introduced to improve the index weight,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the final evaluation result: In the process of green financial capital operation of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank: internal risk is the most important risk,among which credit risk and financial innovation risk have the most significant impact;external risk is second,and among which economic risk and political risk are more obvious.
