Research On The Construction Problems Of The Ice And Snow Characteristic Town Of Beidahu In Jilin City

Under the high attention and promotion of the country and society,characteristic town has become a hot spot of Chinese economy.With the successful bid for the 2022 winter Olympics in China,general secretary xi jinping proposed the goal of "driving300 million people to participate in the ice and snow sports",developing the ice and snow tourism,and participating in the ice and snow sports has become another hot topic of concern for Chinese people.Jilin province carried the two major opportunities of economic and development,gave full play to the advantages of geographical resources and policies,responded to the slogan "ice and snow is also a mountain of gold and silver",and developed the ice and snow industry.Relying on the advantages of ice and snow resources,beidahu town of jilin city gives full play to the agglomeration functions of industry,culture,tourism and community,plans to build a ice and snow featured town with ice and snow sports as the core,and promotes the coordinated development of ice and snow industry and tourism.The continuous innovation and expansion of the ice and snow industry not only improve the overall development level of the tourism industry in jilin province,but also play a role in promoting jilin province'economy,as well as promoting the economic transformation of the old industrial base.This paper introduces the snow and ice resources and geographical advantages of beidahu town to master the basic situation of beidahu town.Using the methods of in-depth interview and case study,this paper summarizes the construction and development of the ice and snow characteristic town of beidahu.Based on the theory of industrial cluster and the theory of regional core,this paper objectively analyzes the problems such as single development form and lack of professional talents in the construction and development process of the ice and snow characteristic town of beidahu,and makes a profound summary.By comparing the problems in the construction process of the ice and snow characteristic town of beidahu with themature ice and snowe town and the successful cases of the development of ice and snow industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the construction and development of the characteristic town based on its successful experience.It provides reference and ideas to reasonably and scientifically plan the development of small towns,master the development process of small towns,formulate relevant supporting policies and measures,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of small towns with ice and snow characteristics.
