Research On Measurement Of Agricultural Land Use Efficiency And Countermeasures Based On Postal Agricultural Service

Land is the space carrier on which human beings live and the basic element of rural development.Improving land use efficiency is playing an important role in promoting“Rural Revitalization”and increasing farmers' income.In recent years,the investment of funds and technology in land is seriously insufficient,and the service system is not perfect.In the complicated context,Henan Post responded actively to the call of the state for enterprises to help the rural areas,and carried out agricultural services with its own advantages,and achieved good results.Therefore,in order to grasp the influence of the postal agricultural service on land use efficiency,and put forward relevant suggestions for the problems found,which will help more farmers poverty alleviate and income increase,and it has far-reaching significance for the agricultural development of Henan province.Firstly,this article elaborated the correlation connotation and the methods of land,land use efficiency and the postal agricultural service.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical basis of agricultural land use efficiency,including the theory of land production factors,comparative advantage and diminishing returns to land scale.Finally,based on the land bureau and postal company internal survey data,this paper uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)and projection analysis,cultivated land,agricultural materials,labor,total grain output,grain output as the input and output indicators,to calculate land use efficiency of Fanxian,Tuocheng,Taikang and Xinzheng.And then the efficiency is decomposed into comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The results show that after eliminating environmental factors and random errors,there are differences in the cultivated land use efficiency in different areas.The number of arable land,labors and agricultural services are redundant.Especially the fertilizer redundancy of fan county has reached 54.3%,which needs to be improved urgently.On the basis of the above theory and empirical analysis,in order to further improve the postal service quality,improve the land use efficiency,this paper uses SWOT method to analyze strengths and weaknesses of the postal agricultural service,the external environment opportunity and risk has carried on the deep discussion,then clear the Henan province postal agricultural l services to meet the opportunities and challenges.In order to further improve the postal agricultural service system,this study provides the following aspects: standardizing the land transfer system and further improving the land use efficiency;Strengthen agricultural service system and build characteristic brand;Strengthen the agricultural service supervision,and standardize the use of funds;Good publicity and training and improve the quality of agricultural services.
