Research On Diversification Strategy For The Small And Medium Information Technology Company

Recently,many new information technology companies have been established in China,and the information technology industry is highly competitive.Narrow corporate profit space,single business structure,and low industry added value are the common present situation of these newly established small and medium-sized information technology companies.China's information technology industry is in its life cycle growth stage.With the implementation of more national policies to promote the industry development,and the generation of new generation information technologies,such as artificial intelligence and Internet of things,and so on.,the information technology companies has good and sufficient conditions for its diversified development.Driven by the accelerated expansion of management scale,large-scale information technology companies have begun to deploy diversified businesses.Through the application of new technologies,they can fully explore the effective needs of customers and extend more diverse value-added services.The situation faced by small and medium-sized IT companies is relatively severe.If they do not seize business opportunities to develop the diversification strategy,they will easily face the risk of being annexed.This thesis takes small and medium-sized information technology companies as research objects,and JZ information technology company is selected as a research paradigm for small and medium-sized information technology enterprises.Through the five-force model analysis and qualitative research of VRIO framework analysis and quantitative analysis of SPACE matrix analysis,we propose the direction of diversified strategies of "core business + related diversified business + non-related diversified business",and the implementation plan and safeguard measures of diversified strategies of JZ information technology company.The thesis provides a certain reference for the future strategic development direction of the same type of small and medium-sized information technology companies through the research on the diversification strategy of JZ Information Technology Co.,Ltd.It is recommended that similar small and medium-sized information technology companies should make full use of external environmental opportunities and internal resource advantages to develop diversified strategies timely,so that they can resist market risks and enable companies to develop healthily in a long term.
