Analysis On Development Strategy On Technology Business Incubator

"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",along with the development of the policy and technology,more and more people join the army to start up business,but the early stage of venture enterprises often face all kinds of problems,such as insufficient funds,lack of management or policy support and so on,thus leading to the "science and technology business incubator" to foster small and medium sized technology entrepreneurial teams.Incubator development in foreign countries has been relatively mature,but in China,a lot of incubators are dependent on local policy support,and their services are limited to the entrepreneurial shared space,profiting from the rent and government subsidies.Every year the number of startups is on a geometric growth,however,the development of the incubator is not entirely match start-ups demand,therefore,it is very important to study the development strategy of the incubator.This article selects the peacock innovation service company as an example for science and technology business incubator development strategy research,this company has many years of work experience as a incubator,it has already operated many vc companies,and has good social resources to provide a good start-ups incubation services.Based on the five model analysis and VRIO framework analysis,we do the research on internal and external environment analysis of peacock innovation service company.And through SPACE matrix analysis,strategic environment quantitative analysis was carried out on the peacock innovation service company,thus we have the conclusion that the company is in competitive strategic position.In view of the strategic environment analysis,we put forward five kinds of strategic implementation plans,respectively are,the incubation service specialization strategy,diversification of investment strategy,social intermediary service comprehensive strategy,incubator organization transformation strategy and compensation strategy.In this paper,we take the peacock innovation service company as an example for strategic research,also provide a certain reference significance for similar incubator enterprises.Incubator companies should seize the opportunity of enterprise vigorous development,actively carry out strategic plans to realize transformation and upgrading of business success.
