At present,the development of China's Internet has gradually entered a period of slow down,and the demographic dividend of mobile Internet has gradually disappeared,which has resulted in the operation cost of traditional e-commerce is getting higher and higher,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In recent years,with the rapid development of various social networking sites,it has the characteristics of huge number of users and strong user stickiness,which can lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of business enterprises.Under this background,social e-commerce emerges as the times require,and has achieved vigorous development in China.For social e-commerce enterprises,because their industry is characterized by rapid iteration and expansion,the market environment changes faster than other industries,and the links in their supply chain are closely linked,so obtaining long-term competitive advantage is the key to their development.While the rapid rise of social e-commerce,social e-commerce enterprises should also determine the strategic positioning and cost control of enterprises.The lack of market concept in traditional financial cost management can easily lead to problems in management decision-making and make enterprises choose the wrong direction of operation.Strategic cost management pays attention to the changes of internal and external management environment and can serve enterprises.The industry creates competitive advantages and forms a more comprehensive enterprise strategy.Therefore,how to effectively use strategic cost management to create competitive advantages for enterprises has become an urgent problem for social e-commerce enterprises.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the concept,management mode and application of strategic cost management,and makes a comparative analysis of traditional financial cost management and strategic cost management.On this basis,the characteristics and cost composition of social e-commerce enterprises are analyzed.It is found that the traditional financial cost management has some limitations for the development of social e-commerce enterprises.Strategic cost management can create competitive advantages for enterprises and make them develop well.At the same time,taking PDD as an example,this paper analyses and evaluates the application process of its strategic cost management,and guides other social e-commerce enterprises how to use strategic cost management in the development process based on the experience and advantages of PDD's strategic cost management process,and puts forward suggestions for other social e-commerce enterprises according to its shortcomings,so as to improve the strategic cost management.Reason in the application of social e-commerce enterprises.At present,the application of strategic cost management to e-commerce enterprises is less.This paper innovatively takes social e-commerce enterprises as the research object,combines the characteristics of social e-commerce to explore the value of strategic cost management to social e-commerce enterprises,enriches the research of strategic cost management in the field of social e-commerce enterprises,and promotes the development of strategic cost management in China.
