Nowadays,one of the main opportunities that helps to work,improve the business and profits of the company and especially deter the loyalty of its customers is the need to satisfy customers and perfect the quality of service for working with clients.Accordingly,it is very important that the company constantly maintains and improves customer satisfaction,as this is a direct way to customer loyalty,because customers are a reference to business success.Companies need to be included in longterm strategic plans,such as customer satisfaction and loyalty.This thesis was implemented to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.In addition,this thesis examines the factors that affect customer satisfaction and loyalty in the case company.The scientific novelty of this work is to study the impact of this indicator on sales volumes and to determine the factors that are influenced by the digital advertising industry.In this paper,a methodology was developed for assessing customer satisfaction for companies that are involved in providing services in the B2 B area.This methodology included a survey,which was developed on the basis of literature sources and according to modern business concepts for studying customer satisfaction and loyalty.In the B2 B sphere,the term of cooperation between companies directly affects the profitability of the company.
