New Urbanization And Financialsupport In Tianjin

The increasing progress of the new urbanization process has gradually highlighted the role of financial markets in raising funds and allocating funds.How to better display the functions of financial markets so that they can promote the construction of new urbanization is of great research significance.Although the new type of urbanization in Tianjin has reached a relatively high level,many problems still remain in the process of its construction,which affects the quality of urbanization.This paper intends to demonstrate the inherent relationship between Tianjin's new urbanization system and the financial support system and put forward reasonable countermeasures for the existing problems between the them.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the relationship between financial development and new urbanization in relevant literatures and puts forward some innovative points.Then based on the theory of new urbanization and financial development,this paper constructs a new index system of urbanization and financial support.Taking Tianjin time series data from 1999 to 2015 as the research object and Granger causality test,The level of development of new urbanization in Tianjin is a unilateral Granger cause of financial support,which lags behind that of the former.Through the gray relational test,it is concluded that the most urgent need for financial support in Tianjin's new urbanization is social security,and the financial support efficiency has the greatest impact on the new urbanization.However,by constructing a coordination degree model,it is not optimistic to conclude that the coordination between the two should be coordinated.Through analysis,the possible factors influencing the existing problems between the two are drawn:(1)the level of financial support and the lack of scale;(2)the single financial support system and channels;(3)the restriction of financial policy system;(4)the relevant policy system.Then from the perspective of financial support,according to the results of the empirical analysis,put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions on how to speed up the development of new urbanization from the aspects of promoting farmers' citizenization,accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure and perfecting the financial system.
