Analysis Relationship Development Of The Industrial Clusters And Urbanization Interactive In Sichuan Province

Since the reform and opening up, China’s industrialization and urbanization have made remarkable achievements, but there are still many problems hindered the development of both interactions. Urbanization cannot be separated from industrial support, the gathering of population, capital, and other elements also provide a basic condition for the development of industrial clusters. Therefore, it has great significance and practical value to study industrial clusters and urbanization interactive development. Sichuan Province, the central province of western economic growth pole, is located in western China, its industrial clusters and urbanization interactive development has a huge demonstration effect on the western region.This paper, based on the theory of industrial clusters, urbanization and labor transfer, using empirical research methods, conducted a descriptive and statistical analysis on the status quo of industrial development and urbanization of Sichuan Province. Then, conduct analysis on three industrial cluster effect of Sichuan Province by the location quotient analytical method, and using factor analysis, launch evaluation on urbanization level. Again, measure and analysis the coordination degree of industrial clusters and urbanization, and study their relationship based on three industrial location quotient analytical, simply describe the industrial clusters and urbanization interactive effect by using pulse effect function.Studies show:Industrial cluster and urbanization promote each other in four areas of human, capital, land, consumption. The advantage of the second and third industry concentration is not obvious. There are large differences between cities in industrial quotient distribution structure. It showed faster growth and regional differences in the overall level of urbanization in Sichuan Province. The coordination degree showed apparent rise in industry location quotient and comprehensive urbanization, especially the second and tertiary industries. Three industrial clusters can significantly promote the development of urbanization and the role of the order is the second and tertiary industries, the primary industry. Industrial cluster on the impact of urbanization growth elasticity effect mostly in steady state, the impact of urbanization on the industrial cluster effect growth elasticity of most of the performance is not obvious.Finally, this paper presents suggestions based on research findings. Combine industrial planning and urban planning to deepen the joint development between three industry clusters and urbanization; improve the regional innovation system, promote the mutual development between industrial cluster and urbanization; improve supporting systems, provide the basis for the protection of industrial clusters and urbanization interactive development; Create industrial clusters with regional characteristics to improve the quality level of urbanization according to local conditions.
