Research On Operational Performance Of Regional Innovation Platform

As an important carrier of supporting innovation activities in the whole society,the innovation platform plays an irreplaceable role in the regional economic and technological development.Faced with fierce international economic and technological competition,China has put forward the strategic goal of building an innovative country.In order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy,all regions took the co-ordination of regional innovation platform construction as an important measure,and increase the resources for the innovation platform,leading to some achievements in promoting regional economic development.At the same time,however,the regional innovation platform in our country also has some problems such as redundant construction,low service quality and low output of innovation.In order to relieve this kind of situation,the paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the operating efficiency of regional innovation platform and establishes the index system for operational performance.Firstly,this paper divides the influential factors about operational performance of innovation platform into three aspects: knowledge sharing,resource integration and organizational coordination,and analyzes the mechanism of the three influencing factors.Secondly,based on the above theoretical analysis,this paper builds the evaluation index system from five aspects: the level of knowledge sharing,the ability of resource integration,the level of organizational coordination,the direct and indirect performance of platform operation.Based on the comparison of existing research methods,this paper selects the performance evaluation method,and construct the structural model.Thirdly,through the structural equation modeling and factor analysis,this paper evaluates and analyzes the operational performance and effect degree of each influencing factors.The result shows that: during the operation of the regional innovation platform,the degree of knowledge sharing,resource integration and the level of organizational coordination have significant positive effects on platform operational performance,but the impact of various factors on the platform performance is different.The concrete manifestation is that the ability of resource integration has the greatest impact on operational performance,the degree of knowledge sharing has a moderate impact on operational performance,and the level of organizational coordination has the least impact on operational performance.Although theregional innovation platform in Hebei province performs well overall,there are great differences in performance among platforms.And there is still room for further refinement and optimization.Finally,combined with the results of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the operational performance of regional innovation platform from three aspects: enhancing the degree of knowledge sharing,improving resource integration ability and enhancing the level of organizational coordination.
