The Research On Promotion Of Regional Independent Innovation Ability In Foshan

Foshan,as one of the representative prefecture-level cities in the pearl river delta economic circle,has made rapid progress in economy,technology and industry after decades of rapid development.It has initially built an industrial structure with foshan's characteristics and formed a large number of industrial bases,cluster demonstration zones and industrial towns.In addition to the above advantages,foshan in the industrial structure and human resources also has disadvantages,such as investment businesses focus for labor-intensive enterprises,in addition to a serious shortage of foshan,a senior human resources,with the evolving economic reform,the earth-shaking changes in the environment of economic and social development at home and abroad,foshan city,economic and social development entering a new cycle,and never had the opportunity and challenge.We must see the following shortcomings of the extensive economic development model: insufficient resources,sharp reduction of energy,environmental pollution and other impacts on foshan's economic and social development will continue to intensify.To overcome these constraints,the only way is to improve the independent innovation capacity of foshan,promote industrial upgrading and transform the economic growth mode.Based on the above problems,this paper firstly studies the theories related to the capability of regional independent innovation,including the connotation,methods,mechanism and characteristics of regional independent innovation.According to this theoretical basis,combined with the development process of regional independent innovation in foshan,the paper analyzes the current situation of regional independent innovation capacity in foshan by selecting four dimensions of regional independent innovation environment,independent innovation input and independent innovation output according to local conditions.Through analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the evaluation index system of foshan's regional independent innovation capability is constructed,and the development trend of each dimension is explored by using specific data analysis.Based on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the independent innovation capacity of foshan city,this paper summarizes the existing problems of the independent innovation capacity of this region and analyzes the causes.And from the establishment and improvement of intellectual property system and brand strategy policy,promote the gradient construction of attracting talents and wisdom,enhance the input of regional independent innovation,promote the establishment of industry-university-research platform and technology transformation and other aspects,further provide reference for improving the independent innovation capacity of foshan.
