Research On Credit Construction Of Commercial Subject In Hubei Province

Since 2013,as a pilot province in China,Hubei Province has begun to reform its commercial system.The original commercial registration system has been influenced by planned economy for a long time.It focuses more on state intervention in economic behavior and strengthening national macro-control.It can not adapt to the direction of the reform of government functions under the new situation and the development needs of the gradual internationalization of our market economy.The new commercial registration is to open the conditions for the establishment,alteration and termination of enterprise qualification to the maximum extent,and the supervision department no longer endorses the credit situation of the commercial subject.So,how to effectively supervise the commercial subject has become a concern of the whole society.At present,the basic consensus is to promote credit construction and use credit cost to restrain the business behavior of commercial subjects.Commercial subjects publicize their relevant information to the society on their own,and accept supervision and dynamic updating of their credit status by the regulatory authorities.This research takes the credit construction of commercial subjects in Hubei Province as the research object,comprehensively analyses the present situation,existing problems and causes of the problems in the credit construction of commercial subjects in Hubei Province,takes the credit construction of the United States as an example,analyses the successful experience of the credit construction of the United States,and uses this as a reference,explores the Countermeasures of the credit construction of commercial subjects in Hubei Province,in order to promote the business of Hubei Province.To further promote the construction of business credit,practical suggestions are put forward.
