China-US trade has been tense in recent years, but trade between the two countries is still an important part of world economic trade.Among them,China-US SMEs are one of the major contributors to China-US trade. For both countries,SMEs are important economic factors and a high proportion have prompted the two countries to make great progress in all aspects of innovation, technology and society. However, there are many difficulties in operating and managing a small business that conducts China-US international trade. In addition to many regulations that are limited by international trade, companies must also bear the exogenous and endogenous risks of doing business overseas,as well as their own characteristics.Disadvantages lead to obstacles in international trade. At present, most SMEs operating internationally protect themselves through insurance, lien, and risk management mechanisms, but these management mechanisms are affected by time and space and have relatively poor timeliness. One form of risk management is to deal with business decisions,a more sensible business decision can avoid risk.Due to the arrival of the era of big data,it brings new opportunities and challenges to international trade.SMEs' international trade brings opportunities as well as new and effective ways of risk prevention. One of the newest and fastest ways to get information now is big data analytics(on markets, competitors, partners, executives, products, shipments, etc.),if more Chinese and US SMEs doing business overseas can utilize big data information and analysis technology, the overall risk management of the market will be improved. However, because the accessibility of big data is not high at present(big data is divided into three attributes to define its accessibility: affordability, simplicity, and relevance),the use of China-US SMEs for international trade is not as widespread. There are not many big data analysis technologies, and it is not able to improve its risk management tools in a timely manner. It is pertinent to study how exactly to prevent international trade risks of China-US SMEs by improving the accessibility of big data, due to this lack of knowledge. This research investigates Chinese and American SMEs dealing with China-US international trade through literature survey, empirical research, questionnaire survey, and data analysis.By consulting the literature on the basis of predecessors,I learned more about the background of the research topic, and obtained some arguments that support the author's point of view.Through the questionnaires of Chinese and American SMEs with certain representativeness in recent years of China-US international trade, organize the data obtained afterwards, used SPSS software to analyze the obtained data, analyzed whether the accessibility of big data is improved, and determined whether Chinese and American SMEs handling international trade business using the big data analysis method more actively to improve the risk. The defense, and then analyze how the accessibility of big data can improve the risk defense of China-US SME trade.Analysis of the collected data shows that first,as the accessibility of big data increases, more SMEs from China and the United States will be able to obtain timely and accurate information to make better business decisions. To improve risk management to a large extent;secondly, there are some arguments that big data analysis of SMEs is not as effective.Due to the limited partnership and small scale of SMEs,these arguments claim that SMEs operate in a small radius, and no excessive commercial research and decision-making is required to obtain more profit, and excessive risk management is an increase burden for these small and medium-sized enterprises;third,(information transparency/big data accessibility)has a positive impact on risk management.Fourth, there is a demand for information analysis in the market.Fifth, the improved accessibility of big data analysis can enable Chinese and American SMEs to better avoid risks and have better returns in international trade.Through the analysis of the impact of big data accessibility on the risk prevention of China-US SME trade, the article puts forward some constructive suggestions for related issues, and hopes that more papers will allow more SMEs to pay attention to the use of big data analysis. This will promote the smooth progress of China-US SME trade and allow each other to achieve greater benefits and development.
