Study On The Cost-Benefit Of Planting Scutellaria Baicalensis In Chengde City

Traditional Chinese medicine industry is a strategic emerging characteristic industry in China.It is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine industry and large health industry.In recent years,China has vigorously developed the traditional Chinese medicine industry,deepened the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,implemented the action plan of improving the quality and efficiency of superior and characteristic agriculture,and turned local local products and small varieties into large industries to increase farmers' income,so as to effectively promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.In 2019,document No.1 of the Central Committee proposed to develop diversified and characteristic agriculture according to local conditions,develop and strengthen rural industries,and actively promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Chengde City,as the key area of traditional Chinese medicine production and the core demonstration area of traditional Chinese medicine economy in Hebei Province,has promoted rapid development in recent years by virtue of its own advantages and national and local policies.As a genuine medicinal material in Chengde,"Rehe Scutellaria" is well-known throughout the country for its pure varieties and excellent quality.However,there are some problems in the cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis,such as mixed seeds,abuse of fertilizers and pesticides,irregular cultivation technology,low input cost and utility,which seriously restrict the development of the industry of Scutellaria baicalensis in Chengde City.Therefore,taking Rehe Scutellaria baicalensis as the research object,the analysis of its cost-effectiveness and input cost-effectiveness is of great significance in improving the efficiency of medicinal farmer cultivation,establishing genuine brand of medicinal materials,promoting the development of characteristic industries of Chinese medicinal materials,accelerating the structural reform of agricultural supply side,and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper combs the research status of related issues at home and abroad by literature review method,and on this basis determines the research perspective and ideas of this paper.Taking the production area of Scutellaria baicalensis in Chengde City as the investigation area,through field research,collects the first-hand data of cost,price and benefit of local Scutellaria baicalensis planting process,and uses descriptive statistical method to analyze the basic situation of sample growers.Then,from the perspective of accounting,this paper analyses the cost composition and benefit of the planters of Scutellaria baicalensis,and compares and analyses the cost-benefit situation of the planters in different regions.Then,it uses DEA model to measure the cost-efficiency of the planters of Scutellaria baicalensis,evaluates their cost-benefit status,and calculates the cost-efficiency of the planters of Scutellaria baicalensis in different regions of Chengde City,based on which Tobit model is used.The factors affecting the cost efficiency of planters were analyzed.Finally,the results of the study were obtained from three aspects: cost-effectiveness,cost-efficiency and cost-efficiency influencing factors.Based on the above results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the production level and increase the planting efficiency of Scutellaria baicalensis.The innovation of this paper is the innovation of research perspective,which mainly includes two aspects: one is the innovation of cost-benefit analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis from the perspective of growers.From the perspective of growers,this paper studies the cost-benefit situation of Scutellaria baicalensis cultivation in Chengde City,filling the gap in the field of micro-research and cost-benefit to a certain extent.The second is the innovation of cost-benefit analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis from the perspective of efficiency.This paper uses cost-efficiency as a technical index to make an empirical analysis of the input and output benefits of Scutellaria baicalensis.The cost-efficiency evaluation system of Scutellaria baicalensis is constructed by using the cost-benefit index.While paying attention to how to reduce costs and increase income,it also pays more attention to how to minimize costs,realize the optimal state of cost and benefit of Scutellaria baicalensis,and improve the planting benefits of Scutellaria baicalensis in Chengde City.
