Regional tourism cooperation is an endogenous requirement for the integrated development of regional tourism.It is an important way to ease the contradiction of regional development in China in the new era,and is an ideal means to improve regional tourism supply capacity and regional tourism competitiveness.At present,China's tourism competition is showing a change from scenic spot competition,line competition,urban competition to regional cooperation and cross-regional cooperation competition.Regional integration has gradually become the basic unit of tourism competition,but the existing research horizons are mostly concentrated in the east.Economically developed regions(such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta region,etc.)rarely have theoretical and practical explorations of poverty-stricken mountainous areas across provinces with weak economic foundations.Examining the development of tourism space in Qinba Mountain Area from the perspective of regional cooperation can not only enrich and improve the theoretical system of tourism development across provinces,but also has great practical significance for promoting the coordinated development of regional tourism economy and achieving the goal of poverty alleviation.Based on questionnaires,mathematical statistics,econometric models and GIS spatial analysis,this study starts with the tourism resources,industry,transportation and market factors to study the current tourism spatial structure in Qinba Mountain.On this basis,from the perspective of regional cooperation,this paper examines the bottleneck of regional tourism space development,analyzes the behavior of regional tourism cooperation,and uses the theory of tourism management under "the third way" trend and the theory of tourism space structure to construct Qin.The operational mechanism and mode of regional tourism cooperation in Bashan District.Finally,specific optimization measures are proposed for the outstanding problems in the development of regional space.Mainly conclusions are as followed:In terms of tourism resources: Qinba Mountain has rich tourism resources and high endowment,but the spatial distribution is uneven,and the agglomeration characteristics are remarkable.Four obvious resource clusters have been formed.In the tourism industry: the tourist attractions are natural landscapes,historical culture and leisure vacations are the most widely distributed,with Shiyan,Hanzhong and Guangyuan accounting for a large proportion.The number of scenic spots generally presents a “olive-shaped” structure,and the tourism product system is not perfect.Star-rated hotels are low-grade,loosely distributed,and have few obvious regional agglomerations.The site selection not only considers the functions of tourism services,but also takes local daily needs into account,and is mostly distributed in regional administrative residences.The number of tourist agencies is small,and the scale is small,and the market-oriented distribution characteristics are obvious.In terms of tourism and transportation: land transportation is the mainstay,and the traffic connection is low.The accessibility shows the overall pattern of“prefecture-level city center,regional northwest,northeast and southeast corner difference”,but in the edge of the area close to the plain and developed areas.Its accessibility is often better than other marginal areas;the source market: the domestic market is the main source,the surrounding provinces are its important source of tourists and the adjacent provinces are characterized by each other.The entry market is Japan,South Korea,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.The market is dominant,and the attraction of customers is limited.At present,the tourism spatial structure of Qinba Mountain Area is showing a “pointaxis”development pattern.3 first-level,4 second-level and 3 three-level tourist node cities and 1 first-level,3 second-level,3 three-level tourism development axis cities have been initially formed in the district.but the radiation capacity of each node and axis is still limited.The regional tourism cooperation in Qinba Mountain area has a short duration,low level and obvious problems.It is necessary to participate in multiple entities,and use the combination of administrative management,market management,legal management,and cultural management to select the spatial development model of “point-axis promotion,network development,circle construction,and regional linkage”to construct “point-line-face” of three-level radiation tourism development system,which has formed a “3+5+10” development pattern and promoted the coordinated development of tourism in the Qinba region.
