| Heat treatment is a key process link in the machinery manufacturing industry,and improving the quality of heat treatment parts is of great significance to China’s strategy of achieving a strong country.On the one hand,heat treatment is a special process,which has high dependence on technology and equipment,complicated inspection of raw materials,high uncontrollable degree compared with cold processing,high quality control and high quality input required;On the other hand,once the quality of the processing is abnormal,the quality loss is huglkjkje.Therefore,How to improve product quality and reduce the risk of quality loss and obtain the maximum quality benefit with limited quality investment becomes an urgent problem for heat treatment enterprises to solve at present.Heat treatment enterprises belong to the manufacturing network,and the quality of products has a great connection with the customers and suppliers.Therefore,this paper proposes the quality control characteristics based on the heat treatment enterprise,and re-examines the quality value activities of the heat treatment enterprise from the perspective of the value chain,and sorts out the quality cost of the enterprise.This paper constructs a quality cost control model for heat treatment enterprises,and proposes five quality control strategies,and takes TH Company as the practical object,puts forward five quality control strategies,and obtains the most economical quality control strategy of heat treatment enterprises under the condition of limited funds after simulation.The details are as follows:1)Construction of quality cost value chain: through the analysis of quality management characteristics and internal and external value chains of heat treatment enterprises,the customer quality value chain,internal quality value chain and supplier quality value chain are constructed,and the quality cost composition of heat treatment enterprises is combed.2)Propose the quality strategy and sort out the causal diagram of the strategy: combining the characteristics of heat treatment quality and quality cost control,propose five strategies of supply cost input,equipment cost input,technical cost input,pre-sales service input and process inspection cost input,and sort out the causal diagram of the quality cost of the strategy.3)Build a dynamic model of quality cost system: use Vensim software to build a flow chart of quality cost control,and express the interaction of various variables through equations to obtain a system dynamic model of quality cost.4)The quality cost control model is simulated to find the optimal quality control strategy: taking TH Company as a simulation practice case,the change trends of quality economic indicators under 8 environments are simulated respectively,and it is concluded that under the same quality improvement input budget,the equipment cost input strategy has the best control effect on the total quality cost in the short term,the technology cost input strategy has the best control effect on the total quality cost in the long term,followed by the process inspection improvement input strategy,the pre-sales service improvement input strategy and the supply cost input strategy.5)Propose quality control strategies for heat treatment enterprises: Based on the simulation results,propose specific quality control strategies for heat treatment enterprises. |
