Research On Improvement Of Engine Manufacturing Equipment Management In L Company

With the continuous popularization and deepening of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese enterprises,equipment management is becoming more and more important in enterprises,and efficient equipment management is the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.In our current engine manufacturing enterprises,equipment management has much room to improve,and through the systematic improvement of the level of equipment management is a more effective way,to realize the steady rise of the reliability of the equipment.It can guarantee the improvement of equipment stability and reliability of engine manufacturers.Research of this paper is based on L company's equipment management as the research object,system research engine manufacturing enterprise equipment management method,better for L company equipment management work put forward improvement suggestion and scheme,through the improvement of equipment management,to make suggestion of enterprises.Then discusses the current state of engine manufacturing enterprises under the condition of equipment management mode.As an engine manufacturer of more than 20 years,L Company covers more than 100 varieties and over 300 types of products covering roads and non-road markets.After years of development,the company has always been L will work focused on restructuring,market development,technology research and development,etc.,but in the process of production delivery,quality,efficiency and other issues of increasing.In this paper,literature review,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and theoretical and practical methods are adopted.Firstly,relevant theories are studied and related theories are studied.Then analyzed the current state of equipment management,L company through two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problem,and find out the root cause,then the root cause to the formulation and implementation,containment measures for the status of the improved thoroughly,at the same time for all improvement measures for the standard curing,converting the effective management method to the organizational process assets of the enterprise.Hope that through this improvements on L company equipment management innovation can not only enhance the level of L company equipment management,but also for similarly engine manufacturing enterprises to solve similar problems to provide certain reference.Hope that through the improvements on L Company equipment management innovation can not only improve the equipment management of L Company,but also for the similar engine manufacturing enterprises solve the problem of equipment management to provide certain reference.
