"Lean thinking" is widely recognized as a good solution for improving the efficiency of enterprises in advanced industrial countries such as Japan.In order to introduce Lean thinking a process needs to be followed:1)Learn and understand the principals of lean thinking,2)Learn to use lean thinking as part of production activities,3)Implement the lean thinking.The whole process takes at least three to five years to successfully implement and bottlenecks may be encountered.The real output may also decline over the course of the implementation.At the mean while,it accumulated more and more challenge problem which legacy form design phase.It is the time you should consider using the thought of "lean design",thinking from the source of enterprises,sweeping changes,or take new opportunity to overturn the original design.Benefit will come out again.But this is not a destination,if holding the spirit of continuous improvement,the waste will continue to find out through the implementation process.It need to lean production improvement and the design cycle,and growing with the improvement,this is the real connotation of lean thinking.As an example,A company conducting new project production preparation activities should conduct the analysis using the theory of lean design and tools,set the investment strategy goal,implement lean organization planning,conduct program,production,factory and quality planning to ensure that investment benefits are maximised and production preparation process waste is minimised.The method of utilize SWOT matrix analysis for strategic goal setting;Organize the planning aspect to enable more communication of the large organization structure;Production line planning,the balance rate,M/M ratio index,this paper expounds the common methods,improve production efficiency in addition to the data model method to predict the timing of the enterprise use robot instead of manual operation,for enterprises to determine when to provide reliable data need to be positioned for;In the aspect of engineering planning and logistics design,it provides a new type of pull mode which is more flexible than that of the original kanban,it reduces the secondary transportation waste,and analyzes its feasibility with simulation software.In terms of quality planning,it optimizes the existing quality assurance system.In this paper,the improvement of lean production has reached the limit,and the cost reduction of new project products through lean design has improved the competitiveness of enterprises.
