| Guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 19 th CPC national congress,the company has embarked on a new journey of transformation and upgrading.The fundamental way of transformation and upgrading is to change the development mode to enhance the core market competitiveness and enhance the ability to create value.It must meet the needs of the industry with low cost and high quality,so as to bring a sense of "faster,stronger and more economical" to telecom enterprises.Tower company,as a large state-owned start-up enterprise,must rely on high-level strategic goals if it wants to have sufficient competitiveness.Therefore,the construction of a set of perfect and scientific performance evaluation system to promote the realization of the company’s strategic objectives and promote the implementation of strategic principles,has a very important significance and far-reaching influence.Based on tower company performance evaluation with the actuality of application of the balanced scorecard to what ZJ had tower as the research object,in the process of research and study of learning,using case analysis as the main research method,using interviews,historical data research analysis,closely practical application and theoretical knowledge,further exploration of concrete using the balanced scorecard performance evaluation in what ZJ had Eiffel Tower of specific methods,forming a set of logic clear,scientific and efficient style.Firstly,this paper introduces the research literature on BSC at home and abroad,sets up the performance evaluation system,clarifies its research method and definition,finds out the disadvantages of the traditional way in the past,and highlights the rationality of BSC.At the same time,it expounds the definition and advantages of BSC.Then the balanced scorecard is taken as the research object of this paper to analyze the application status of its performance evaluation and improve and construct a new performance evaluation system.Then according to the actual operation of the tower company tailored balanced scorecard performance evaluation indicators and systematic detailed introduction of each indicator.Finally,the paper focuses on thein-depth understanding and analysis of the application of BSC,and obtains that the theoretical research on BSC can be used for reference,which conforms to the development situation of ZJ tower company,promotes the competitiveness of the company,and is conducive to the sustainable development of the company.Research on the application of BSC performance management evaluation system in domestic enterprises mostly focuses on analyzing the application value from a macro perspective,but rarely explores and applies it in the guidance and operability of the communication industry from a micro level.Based on ZJ tower’s business performance in recent years,this paper conducts in-depth research,broadens the writing ideas at the micro level,and further strengthens the guiding significance of the theory of BSC performance management evaluation system for practical application.At the same time,combined with the actual operation situation and strategic policy of ZJ tower company,we designed a set of scientific and perfect performance evaluation index system for the company,deepened co-construction and sharing,promoted the industry to reduce cost and increase efficiency,and tried our best to create a new situation of transformation and upgrading. |
