Study On Human Resource Management For Production Guarantee Project During The Spring Festival

With the rapid development of the world economy,China has gradually become a world factory that provides production bases and processing services for a variety of local and overseas enterprises.At the meantime,due to the factors of population and labor costs,labor-intensiveness has become a distinguishing character of Made in China.For labor-intensive enterprises,the high turnover of staff is a vital factor that restricts and impact the enterprise's development,therefore maintaining the stability of the staff team is a key issue that can't be avoided in the enterprise's management.However,during the Spring Festival,a traditional festival of the Chinese people,people are used to put their work aside and travel back home for family reunion.At this time,the enterprise's production tasks and the employees' needs to travelling back home come into conflict.This thesis takes AJ Automotive Logistics as case,while conducting in-depth research and analysis on the status of human resources management of the enterprise and change the human resource demands for production guarantee during the Spring Festival into project management.Based on the study and research on related theories of project management,this study use the methods of human resource management of project management,which include planning of project human resource,building of project team,inspiration and training of project team as well as management of project team,to provide AJ Automotive Logistics with human resource planning and supply methods during the Spring Festival,in order to help the enterprise to solve the employment issues smoothly and steadily,ensuring the production work.This thesis converts the production management tasks of traditional industrial engineering into project management,applies professional know-how and theories of project management to setting up scientific and effective human resource management mechanism suitable for Spring Festival,and further proves the feasibility and effectiveness in practice.This thesis provides a possible instructional thinking and management methods of human resource demands for labor-intensive enterprises during specific periods.
