Quality Management On Logistic Execution System Deploy Project In F Company

AS ERP system has been developed for over 20 years,it becomes obviously that ERP planning has confliction with the increasingly complicate shop floor operation,which make it's difficult for management to deploy static and planning.While the shop floor environment turns into complicated and chaotic,the efficiency of logistic drop down and the inventory level rise up.To coordinate and meet requirements from both ERP planning and shop floor reality,many enterprise begin to study LES(logistic execution system),and start to deploy the LES system.During the system deployment,project management topic shows up,how to make project quality control methodology,How to make sure the success of project,how to evaluate the efficiency of LES.This thesis is based on the information system deployment project of Logistic Execution System in Company F,start from summarize current situation and problems in logistic business and IT system deployment,by study the Project Quality Management,and apply to different Project management area: Human Resource management,scope management,time management and communication management,it aims to drive the deployment project efficiently and make project successful go live by using the theory of Quality management.The way to reveal the Quality management through project include: firstly by studying Responsibility assignment matrix in human resource management,this thesis aim to resolve the issue how to setup one efficient project team and to allocate the role of the team;second by using WBS theory,to make the project breakdown into small module and tasks,and support the periodical quality assessment;third by using the theory of project time management,this thesis settle the project time plan via Gunter chart;forth,by using the theory of pillars in Project Quality management,this thesis shows how to define the quality issue list and how the reaction of the quality issue during project control,either DPCA method or quick reaction plan.At last,this thesis summarize all the quality activities and quality tool choosing during all the project phase of system deployment,to make project evaluation model through the methodology of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,with the empirical study of company F and relevant company data,the target is to get the evaluation standard of Logistic Execution system deployment project.
