Abstract/Summary:
With the strengthening of uncertainties in modern production environment,the development of dynamic scheduling has a very important influence on enterprises’ competitiveness.At the same time,equipment maintenance plays an increasingly important role in the enterprise competition,so the joint research of production scheduling and preventive maintenance scheduling is very necessary.To establish an efficient dynamic scheduling model has a significant importance for modern manufacturing enterprises.Under the dynamic production environment,this paper study the joint problem of production and preventive maintenance,considering two types of typical disturbances,which are rush orders and uncertain competing products.Objectives of production,maintenance and scheduling stabilities are considered.For the joint dynamic scheduling under rush orders,the complete rescheduling method is adopted,and an efficient algorithm is designed to get the fast response.For the joint model with competing products,which can be predicted in advance,a two-stage predictive-reactive scheduling strategy is designed.At the same time,due-date assignment is also considered in the joint models.This paper consists of the following four aspects:(1)The existed literatures related to joint researches of production and preventive maintenance under dynamic environment are summarized,and a detailed discussion of different kinds of optimization models is given,to put forward the next research direction based on the previous literatures.(2)Under JIT mode,a joint model of production and equipment maintenance with rush orders is constructed,and two types of preventive maintenances are taken into account,which are replacement and simple maintenance.What’s more,an improved algorithm is proposed to effectively achieve the response of reactive scheduling.(3)Under the condition when due-dates are decided by manufactories,a joint model integrating production,maintenance and due-date assignment is proposed.According to different types of due-date decision,the optimal due-date can be deduced,so the best due-date can be determined quickly in different situations.An improved genetic algorithm is designed,and is compared with other algorithms to prove the effectiveness.(4)For dynamic problems with uncertain competing products,a two-stage hybrid predictive-reactive robust scheduling model is proposed.During the predictive scheduling period,some idle time is inserted to absorb the influence of arrived competing products.During the reactive period,partial rescheduling is adopted based on the actual arrival of the competing products.And several examples are shown to prove the effectiveness and applicability of this two-stage model.To sum up,this paper focuses on the joint scheduling optimization of production and equipment preventive maintenance under dynamic environment,taking into account the issue of due-date assignment.Under the rapidly changing market demand,research of this field has great significances on solving dynamic scheduling problems for manufacturing enterprises.
