Research On Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity Of Hunan Province

The green and healthy ecological environment is the most fair common product.However,the contradiction between the protection of the ecological environment and the economic development is becoming more and more serious nowadays.Many problems such as the aggravation of the environmental pollution,the shortage of natural resources and the imbalance of the ecological development have been gradually put on the agenda,which has become an important reason for restricting the social and economic development of the country.People's desire for "green mountains and blue mountains and blue sky" has become a major livelihood problem,and it is urgently needed to build a good road for people to produce and live well and well,with excellent ecological environment.In this paper,the numerical value of chemical fertilizer,pesticide,agricultural film,agricultural diesel,farming,irrigation,labor,output value and carbon dioxide emissions in the production of Hunan and its 14 State farming(small agriculture)production in the year-2015 year of 2008 is calculated and calculated.The 7 values of chemical fertilizer,pesticide,agricultural film,agricultural diesel,machine plugging,irrigation and labor force are used as input indicators,and the output value of small agriculture is taken as the input.The output index,carbon emission as an undesired output index,using Max-DEA software,based on the directional distance function and the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index model,the fluctuation of agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)in Hunan and its 14 states was empirically analyzed,and its growth rate was compared and analyzed.The study showed that:(1)The total factor productivity of agriculture in Hunan province has been increasing slowly year by year,and it has been decreasing slightly in recent years.(2)In 14 states,Loudi and Huaihua are the fastest growing,Changsha,Yiyang,Zhangjiajie and Chenzhou are the fastest growing,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Shaoyang,Yueyang,Changde and Yongzhou 7 cities have a slower growth rate,but only the declining trend of autonomous prefectures in Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Changde and Yongzhou.(3)Technical progress is the improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity.The main motive force.
