Study On The Implementation Of Internal Process Audit Of Bank Of Ningbo Based On DMAIC Five-step Method

Nowadays,most of the commercial Banks in our country has many problems in the process management,but many commercial Banks internal audit center of gravity is still a compliance audit,as the rapid and constant expansion of business scope of the business,commercial Banks at present internal auditing method has been unable to meet their real inner demand of risk management,process audit gradually become bank management standardization construction and enhance the management efficiency of the source of power.This paper takes the bank of ningbo as the research object,analyzes and designs the six sigma DMAIC process tool by using the method of literature analysis and interview research,finds out the problems in the current business development of the bank of ningbo,and implements internal process audit.So as to achieve the following objectives: put forward the internal process audit of ningbo bank new ideas and methods;Can effectively identify business risk characteristics,optimize business process,improve internal management and reduce process risk;Promote the perfection and perfection of ningbo bank internal control.According to this research idea,this paper is mainly divided into the following parts:.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research objectives and content,research methods and technical routes.The second part is the theoretical basis,which mainly elaborates the theories related to process audit and the related theories and main tools of six sigma.The third part mainly introduces the bank of ningbo business development situation and the bank of ningbo internal audit status and deficiencies.The fourth part mainly introduces the six-sigma DMAIC five-step method of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control to sort out and improve the current business process of bank of ningbo,and maintain and apply the final audit results.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study,the research results and the overall situation of the study are summarized and prospected.
