Coupling Coordination Research Of Regional Science And Technology Innovation And Economic Development

Gansu Province is in a critical period of economic transformation and development.In order to promote economic transformation and development and enhance regional competitiveness,we must promote the mutual coupling and coordination of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.We must take science and technology innovation as the core,increase investment in science and technology innovation,encourage enterprises and other innovation entities to accelerate innovation,and form technological innovation and economic development.A sustainable development pattern of synergistic advancement and benign interaction.On the basis of systematically combing the research results of regional science and technology innovation and economic development,this paper discusses the mechanism of the coupling and coordination of the two systems.Based on the calculation of the comprehensive evaluation index of science and technology innovation and economic development of 14 cities(states)in Gansu Province in2011-2016,the coupling coordination degree model is used to coordinate the coordination of science and technology innovation and economic development systems in various cities(states)of Gansu Province.At the same time,the spatial distribution map was drawn by ArcGIS software,and the coupling and coordination development status of the two were visually displayed.The panel regression analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of coupling coordination degree.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coupling and coordination of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Gansu Province.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the level of scientific and technological innovation and the level of economic development in Gansu Province are increasing year by year,but the overall level is still at a low level,and the regional differences are obvious;the coupling and coordination level of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Gansu Province is weak,and the coupling of each region is weak.There is a significant difference in the space for coordinated development;Gansu Province is generally in the stage of low coupling and coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.Only the coupling coordination degree of Lanzhou City is in a higher degree of coupling and coordination,and the coupling coordination degree of Longnan,Linxia and Gannan is low.In the coupling coordination phase,other regions are in the lower coupling and coordination phase;the total industrial output value,the average wage of urban employees,the number of scientific papers,the number of patent grants,the proportion of R&D expenditures,the number of college students,etc.There is a significant positive impact;to promote the coupling and coordination of scientific and technological innovation and economic development,we must optimize the innovation and development environment,increase investment in scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents,and promote the development of emerging industries.
