In recent years,with the rapid development of China's Internet and big data technology and driven by the concept of sharing economy,ride-hailing has developed rapidly,providing convenience for tens of thousands of people in China to travel.At present,the use of ride-hailing to travel has become a part of people's living habits,but the development of the market is still chaotic,ride-hailing companies often appear in violation of corporate ethics of the operation activities.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the problems existing in the operation of ride-hailing service from the perspective of business ethics.In this paper,through a large number of literature reading,introducing the theory of stakeholder theory,corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics management theory,introduces the mesh around cars and drabs about car development in our country,on the basis of stakeholders to make analysis for drops network about car,and through the way of market research,made clear about the car drops in its operations in the problems of business ethics,this paper concludes as follows:(1)didi ride-hailing passengers pay more attention to issues such as privacy protection,pricing fairness,Driver vehicle audit management,complaint handling efficiency and degree of attention,etc.;Didi ride-hailing drivers have more part-time staff,and they pay more attention to the safety considerations of didi software,the efficiency of complaint handling,the protection of the rights and interests of drivers and riders,and other issues.(2)there are some business ethics problems in didi ride-hailing operation,such as insufficient safety consideration in software design,insufficient considerationof values in driver review and training,inactivity in solving user complaints,unfair pricing,and avoidance of relevant responsibilities in travel disputes.(3)didi ride-hailing should take the initiative to assume corporate social responsibility by enhancing its sense of responsibility;Adhere to the people-oriented,customer first;Strict management of drivers to ensure service quality;Reasonable pricing,adhere to the principle of fairness;Upgrade software,keep the safety red line and other aspects to improve security and service.Based on the study on the business ethics of didi ride-hailing,this paper will provide a scientific basis for the development of didi.At the same time,it will help enrich and improve the research theories on the business ethics of didi ride-hailing in China.It is helpful to solve the problems of business ethics in the development of ride-hailing enterprises.It is conducive to the sustainable development of the new sharing economy of ride-hailing in China's market environment.
