Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank,founded in 2011,is the second branch of Minsheng Bank in Lvliang.It is also the first county branch in Shanxi Province.It is a comprehensive network.Subject to geographical constraints,more individual customers and unit customer groups,the average daily rate of customers to the shop in all branches of the country's top five outlets,the daily chaos of the hall,the need for integration of the hall is urgent.Focusing on the project of "Hall Integration" of Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank,this paper studies filial piety on the basis of cross-marketing theory,channel management theory,c Six Sigma strategy,4C marketing theory and so on,through the methods of literature study,case study,historical study and data analysis.The "Hall integration" scheme of Yi branch.The main contents are as follows:(1)The problems of hall management are analyzed and clarified,including large volume of business and unreasonable flow distribution,long waiting time for customers,low enthusiasm for staff service,uneven quality levels of staff,and inadequate quantity and quality of hall infrastructure to meet the needs of the existing branch halls.(2)According to the 4C theory,study and determine the guiding ideology,basic principles,content framework and implementation scheme of "hall integration".(3)According to the implementation of the design scheme and closely combining with the actual situation of Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank,put forward infrastructure management,customer stratified service,marketing staff management,network performance evaluation,production.The "six in one" safeguard measures and suggestions for improving service quality and building network culture.Hall integration is one of the key points of Minsheng Bank's transformation in recentyears.Xiaoyi Branch,as the first group of trial branches,is also the only county trial branch in Shanxi Province.Therefore,the data collection,data and comparison objects are relatively limited,so the data and case analysis,comparison and analysis are not very comprehensive.The angle has not reached a diversified and omnipresent way.But it is precisely because there are fewer researchers for the new implementation scheme,so this study is novel,and because I am the full participation and witness of the hall integration of Xiaoyi Branch,so I can take the actual case of Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank as the breakthrough point to understand the necessity of implementing the hall integration.The optimized design scheme of "Hall Integration" of Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank is put forward in this paper,which has certain application value to promote the hall marketing of Xiaoyi Branch of Minsheng Bank.At the same time,it has a certain reference value for the system and other similar structures in the industry.
