Study On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Zhongliao Village Of Sanya City

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of "Beautiful Countryside" has been popular all over the country.As an important carrier of rural tourism,Beautiful Countryside plays an important role in the development of rural tourism.The tourism of ethnic minority villages is an important part of rural tourism.Its tourism development has made great contributions to the economic development,social progress and ecological protection of ethnic minority villages.It has accelerated the pace of new rural construction in China and promoted national unity and integration.The tourism development of ethnic minority villages has gone through a coordinated development process from only paying attention to economic benefits at the earliest stage to also giving consideration to economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits later.Although great achievements have been made in tourism development of ethnic minority villages,there are still many problems and contradictions in some areas.They show in residents’ low satisfaction of income increase,the lack of communities’ s proper role positioning,the low participation of villagers and the lack of local characteristics in tourism product development.These problems affect the sustainable development of tourism in ethnic villages to a certain extent.This research takes the development of rural tourism in Zhongliao village under the background of beautiful countryside demonstration construction as the research object,guided by stakeholders theory,inclusive development theory,sustainable development theory and other theories.It systematically studies the development of rural tourism in Zhongliao village by using the methods of documentary,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods.Combining field research materials,from different angles like the government-led,enterprise investment and residents’ perception,multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis of Zhongliao village’s rural tourism development is done.This paper focuses on the problems and solutions,and explores the sustainable development path of rural tourism development in ethnic minority areas.The conclusion of the study suggests that Zhongliao village should respect the interests of all stakeholders,construct a common development vision in the future tourism development work,scientifically plan tourism resources and create characteristic products of Li Nationality.Zhongliao village should pay attention to cultural depth excavation and build the brand of Li nationality characteristic villages in the southernmost part of China.Zhongliao village should establish the concept of inclusive development to improve the participation of villagers and improve the evaluation mechanism of tourism development effectiveness to achieve sustainable development.
