Research On The Influence Of FDI On The Agglomeration Of China's Service Industry

Along with the reform and opening up,China's opening to the outside world is expanding,and at the same time,there is a trend of gradual transfer from the manufacturing industry to the service industry.Services FDI showed a trend of rising year by year,at the same time,foreign capital effectively promote the development of the domestic service industry,and even in some economic relatively developed area has already formed the scale objective service industry clusters,in the service area of the enterprise effective for different areas to provide high quality service,so as to promote the overall competitiveness of China's service industry.Despite the rapid development of service clusters,some problems are also exposed in the process of aggregation,such as obvious differences in the degree of aggregation of different service industries and significant differences in the degree of aggregation of service industries in different regions.FDI inflow will bring capital elements to enterprises,which can effectively influence the degree of aggregation of different industries.Therefore,effective guidance of FDI inflow can promote the optimization of China's service industry cluster structure,thus comprehensively driving the growth of service economy and forming benign competition.On the basis of reviewing relevant studies at home and abroad and combining with theories such as industrial location and industrial location,this paper takes FDI in the service industry and manufacturing industry as the entry point of the study and makes a comparative analysis of the influence of FDI in the service industry and manufacturing industry on the service industry agglomeration.Through relevant empirical studies,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.FDI in manufacturing industry and FDI in service industry have significant differences in their impacts on service industry agglomeration.FDI in manufacturing industry is not conducive to the higher degree of agglomeration in the service industry,but will lead to the dispersion of the spatial distribution of the service industry.In other words,FDI in manufacturing industry has a significant negative impact on the agglomeration of producer services.On the contrary,FDI in the service industry plays a significant role in promoting the agglomeration of the service industry,especially the producer service industry FDI,which plays a more important role in promoting the industrial agglomeration than the overall service industry FDI.2.FDI in service industry has a significant positive effect on service industry agglomeration in eastern and central and western regions.As for manufacturing FDI,its impact on the east and Midwest is not significant.Appropriately on the above-mentioned research results,this paper put forward some Suggestions to optimize the service,and increase the channel size local characteristic services,strengthen the industry domestic and foreign technology spillover,pay attention to adjust flow direction of FDI industry at the same time,encourage foreign investment flows to knowledge intensive industry and social services,hopes to be helpful for our service optimization.
