Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Team Knowledge Structure On Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurial activities are now playing an increasingly important role in the development of the country and society.It can connect science and technology and market in a targeted way,and transform emerging scientific and technological knowledge into new products and services needed in the market.Thereby constantly creating new value.With the development of more and more entrepreneurial activities,the entrepreneurial team,which is the main body of entrepreneurial activities,has gradually become the focus of scholars at home and abroad.Scholars believe that entrepreneurial teams are important in improving entrepreneurial skills,integrating entrepreneurial resources and solving entrepreneurial risks.Research value.Through the literature reading,the composition of the entrepreneurial team will affect the overall ability of the team,and the ability of the team will affect the performance of the team.In order to promote the entrepreneurial team to be able to settle in the complex and volatile market environment,relying on the complementarity of the team's knowledge structure to enhance competitiveness,build a relationship model between the entrepreneurial team's knowledge structure and entrepreneurial performance,and study the influence of team members' entrepreneurial ability.The existing research is the impact of the entrepreneurial team structure of the listed company's senior management level on the performance of the company.It is analyzed from the perspective of the characteristics of the executive population.This paper studies the impact of the entrepreneurial team of the newly created private enterprise on the entrepreneurial performance.In-depth analysis from the aspect of knowledge structure,taking small and medium-sized private enterprises in Wenzhou as an example to explore.In the process of research,the intermediary variable of entrepreneurial ability was introduced,and the theoretical model of the influence of entrepreneurial team knowledge structure on entrepreneurial performance was constructed.Based on the theoretical analysis,the research hypothesis was put forward.This paper mainly investigates the new ventures in Wenzhou by means of online questionnaires,and uses SPSS software and multiple regression analysis to process the questionnaire data.According to the analysis of the data,the knowledge structure of the entrepreneurial team is generated for entrepreneurial performance.Positive impact,in which entrepreneurial ability plays a full intermediary role in the mechanism of the influence of the entrepreneurial team's knowledge structure on entrepreneurial performance.After empirical research,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The business management knowledge and social communication knowledge of the entrepreneurial team have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,that is,the richer the business management knowledge and social communication knowledge,the more beneficial to entrepreneurial performance.Improvement;but the technical and technical knowledge did not reach the same conclusion.(2)Entrepreneurial ability has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,that is,the stronger the entrepreneurial ability of the entrepreneurial team is,the more beneficial it is to entrepreneurial performance.(3)Entrepreneurial ability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial team knowledge structure and entrepreneurial performance.In view of the above conclusions,this study puts forward practical suggestions:(1)Entrepreneur team should fully consider the diversification of team members' knowledge structure when constructing;(2)Entrepreneur team should pay attention to improve learning ability in ordinary work;(3)Train entrepreneurial team Entrepreneurial ability is conducive to the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.
