Prophase Evaluating Studr Of Agricultural Cultural Tourism Projects Based On Industrial Convergence

With the rapid development of social economy and the change of industrial development,the development mode of industrial and agricultural economy with the primary and secondary industries as the main industries has gradually turned to the service-experienced economic development direction with the core of capturing customer perception.Under this context,agricultural cultural tourism has become an important way to promote economic development and meet the growing consumer demand.In recent years,the State Council,the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments have issued a number of policies and measures to promote the steady development of agricultural and cultural tourism,and further implemented the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,".However,due to the limited resources and funds,how to use scientific and objective methods to evaluate the feasibility and quality of agricultural cultural tourism projects has become an urgent problem to solve for the sustainable development of agricultural cultural tourism projects in China.Based on the above background,this paper firstly discussed the connotation,characteristics,development principles and necessity of integration of agricultural cultural tourism projects,and summarized and analyzed the integration mechanism,integration path and integration motivation of agricultural cultural tourism projects.Secondly,though intensively reading the domestic and foreign literature on agricultural cultural tourism industry convergence,agricultural cultural tourism evaluation,project evaluation,and this paper summarized the evaluation index elements in the literature by using visual analysis method.Thirdly,this paper completed the screening and optimization of evaluation index by Delphi-normal cloud model,and also establishd the evaluation index system of agricultutal cultural tourism projects with the core of convergence foundation,convergence support,convergence performance and convergence management from the perspective of industrial convergence;Then,this paper calculated the weights of decision makers and evaluation indicators respectively by means of the average distance method and the combination weight method based on FHAP-coefficient of variation method,which has strong objectivity and scientificity.Then,based on the lack of information in the stage of project evaluation and the fuzziness and uncertainty of project evaluation,this paper introduces the two-tuple linguistic information in the field of fuzzy decision-making.The evaluation method,which integrates TOPSIS and grey relational analysis,constructs the evaluation model of binary semantics and the evaluation model of optimum items based on binary semantics ULWA-ULA operator,and evaluates the alternative items and optimum items of agricultural cultural tourism respectively.The results show that the evaluation index system of agricultural cultural tourism proj ect based on the perspective of industrial integration is scientific,comprehensive and systematic.It can reflect the benefits of project integration and industrial linkage development from the perspective of industrial integration,and has a certain degree of innovation.It not only simplifies the content of project evaluation,but also effectively improves the efficiency and quality of project management.The established project evaluation model in this paper effectively solves the information deficiency and information ambiguity in the project evaluation stage and the subj ective preferences of evaluation experts in various fields during the evaluation process.So that it provides theoretical support for the follow-up planning and construction of the proj ect,for the decision-making and investment planning of the agricultural cultural tourism project,and ensures the compleness and the scientificity of decision-making results.
