Research On The Development Model Of Tourism Sharing In Ethnic Villages

In recent years,driven by factors such as national policies and market demand,ethnic village tourism has flourished nationwide.Ethnic village tourism is a rural tourism developed in ethnic areas.A good ecological environment and a unique and unique national culture constitute an important tourism resource for ethnic villages.Developing ethnic village tourism can not only promote the economic development of ethnic villages,solve local poverty problems,but also protect and inherit national traditional culture,thus bringing huge economic and social benefits to ethnic villages.While the rapid development of China's ethnic village tourism,it has gradually exposed some problems,such as uneven distribution of tourism development benefits,low level of local residents' participation,and less benefit to villagers,which are all serious threats to the sustainable development of ethnic village tourism.How to overcome these problems has become the focus of many parties.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward five development concepts of “innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing”.The concept of shared development highly focuses on the solution of social fairness and justice.It is the ultimate goal and source of strength for other ideas.The concept of sharing development provides new ideas and directions for the development of ethnic village tourism in China.The concept of shared development will better coordinate the development of various production,living and ecological resources of ethnic village tourism,and also innovate the development mode of tourism,change the way people participate,and fully realize the goal of sharing and sharing with the whole people and sharing the benefits of the whole people.The road to shared development of ethnic village tourism is not only an inevitable choice to adapt to the times,but also an urgent need to resolve current contradictions and conflicts.In order to fully realize the development of tourism sharing in ethnic villages,it is particularly necessary to study the shared development model.This paper combines the tourism of ethnic villages with the concept of shared development,and tentatively explores the development model of tourism sharing in ethnic villages.Firstly,based on the analysis of existing research results and the understanding of shared development concepts,the article explores the necessity and feasibility of tourism sharing development in ethnic villages,which provides theoretical basis for the next research.Secondly,this paper selects the case study of the tourism sharing development of rural and ethnic villages in Qiling Village,Wuyuan County,Jiangxi Province and Shiyun Village in Qiongzhong,Hainan Province,and reveals the experience for learning from the wonderful practice of tourism sharing development in Qiling Village and Shiyun Village.To sum up,it provides important enlightenment for the construction of tourism sharing development model in ethnic villages.Thirdly,based on the previous theoretical and practical research,the three rural areas(rural areas,agriculture,farmers)and "three students(production,life,ecology)" as the starting point,based on the "three rural" problem,closely linked to "three students " problem,this paper systematically analyzes the constituent factors of the tourism sharing development model of ethnic villages(co-construction and sharing main body,co-construction and sharing platform,co-construction and sharing mode),and on the basis of integrating the relationship of various factors,constructs the structural model of the tourism sharing development model of ethnic villages.Then,from the "three students" level,the specific model of tourism sharing development in ethnic villages is revealed,including the production sharing mode represented by shared farms and shared supermarkets,and the sharing of living modes represented by shared houses,shared crafts and shared festivals,and an ecological sharing model represented by environmental sharing.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of these modes,on the basis of the analysis of its mechanism,the four key mechanisms of tourism sharing development in ethnic villages are discussed,namely,participation guidance mechanism,collaborative communication mechanism,benefit distribution mechanism and rights protection mechanism.Finally,combined with the actual development of tourism sharing in ethnic villages,it points out the main problems that should be paid attention to in the development of tourism sharing in ethnic villages,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,namely,paying attention to co-building kinetic energy,cultivating multiple subjects;paying attention to building a stage,building a sharing platform;paying attention to rights and interests,strengthening the fairness of interests;paying attention to sharing genes and strengthening cultural protection;paying attention to synergy issues,promoting harmonious symbiosis,which provides useful lessons for the practice of tourism sharing in ethnic villages.
