A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Providing For The Aged In Rural Areas

Since China entered the period of new rural construction,although the overall rural environment has become better and better with the economic development,it has been affected by the dualistic development model of urban and rural areas for a long time,which makes the development of rural society in the field of providing for the aged compared with the city.The gap is widening.The rural society itself has some shortcomings,such as late start,slow development speed,weak foundation and so on.These factors make the rural pension development face many problems.This paper selects Liuzhuang Township and Zhaozhuang Township of Henan Province to carry on the field investigation and obtains the data.Through the data to find out the problems in the development of rural pension,and put forward suggestions for these problems.The reason why Henan Province is selected is that there are many rural areas and a large rural population in Henan Province,which has certain representative significance.However,due to the influence of objective factors,can not all carry out field research and discussion.Therefore,this paper randomly selects Zhaozhuang Township and Liuzhuang Township of Henan Province to collect data through interviews,finds out the problems in the development of rural pension from the feedback of the data,and summarizes them.Through the data analysis of field investigation in Liuzhuang Township and Zhaozhuang Township of Henan Province,this paper summarizes that the rural areas are facing the weakening of intergenerational relations in the process of the development of providing for the aged,the spiritual needs of the elderly can not be met,and the responsibilities of the government are not paid enough attention to.The infrastructure is not perfect;the capital support is small;the medical facilities are not perfect and so on.Through these problems,carry on the analysis,and through a small part to see the whole,with the Henan Province field research data feedback,at the same time in the individual,family,the government three major aspects of the problem-solving research,For the future development of rural pension put forward relevant suggestions and experience.And provide for the development of rural old-age care in the future.Theoretical support.
