In the era of Internet information,business uncertainty has increased,and organizations need to respond more frequently to environmental changes in order to survive and thrive in this fiercely changing environment.Especially for SMEs,the pressure to survive is even greater.In the enterprise,the problem of unstable capital flow,unstable business,imperfect organizational structure,and difficult management of employees are all serious obstacles to the survival and development of the organization.Therefore,for SMEs,how to carry out internal and external reforms for organizations to adapt to the issues that enterprises are constantly considering when the environment changes.The research case selected in this paper is Sichuan Lezhichen Technology Co.,Ltd.located in Chengdu,Sichuan.Sichuan Lezhichen Technology Co.,Ltd.is a technical service company.The company's business threshold is not high,and the establishment time is short,not yet complete.Form your own core competencies.For this type of company,how to carry out company reform to cultivate its own core competence is even more difficult.The research object of this paper,Sichuan Lezhichen Technology Co.,Ltd.,is currently in the company's rapid growth period,and its business scale is expanding rapidly,but it faces the enthusiasm and efficiency of the company's employees.At present,the company adopts the pyramid structure,and according to the survey,the employees of the company have a sense of belonging.Under the circumstance of the problem,a complete background analysis of the company is carried out to find out the source of the problem.And through a variety of internal and external aspects to provide enterprises with a new perspective of the solution,but also through the solution of this enterprise problem enlighten similar development stage enterprises,to provide a reference for their better development.In this paper,the main theory based on is the theory of organizational change.Based on LZC's existing multiple problems and industry background,it proposes specific solutions in terms of organizational structure,personnel,corporate culture and external aspects,presenting a model of organizational change from internal organizational change process and external network.The relationship evolves in two directions.The two sides jointly reform and promote each other,and jointly contribute to the formation of organizational dynamic capabilities.Because in our view,whether it is inside or outside the organization,a single change can not be a long-term solution for organizational change,nor can it contribute to the long-term development of the organization.In order to achieve rapid development,an organization must start from the internal factors of employees,organizational structure and organizational culture,and build an external network.Build the dynamic capabilities of the organization to activate employee enthusiasm and achieve the common growth of the organization and employees.And development.
