With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living quality,people pay more and more attention to health,and invest more energy and money in health.Especially in recent years,with the development of the Internet,the medical device industry based on the Internet has been sprouting and developing,which poses a great challenge to the traditional medical industry.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out client service innovation and service guarantee for medical enterprise network.Based on the four-dimensional model of client service innovation,this paper takes X medical enterprises as an example,and combines literature research,case studies and interviews to analyze and improve the innovative ways of client service in X medical enterprises,so as to select effective innovative ways of client service for X medical enterprises under limited resources and technical conditions.Under the limited resources and technology conditions,medical enterprises should break down the barriers of client service innovation and rationally choose client service innovation strategies.The conclusions are as follows: From the external environment of X medical enterprise's client service innovation,the rapid development of Internet economy and medical equipment industry,the further improvement of government policy and mobile communication technology create favorable conditions for X medical enterprise to develop client service;from the internal environment,X medical enterprise's technological innovation,structure and research It has significant advantages in overall planning,design,organization and coordination.It is at a disadvantage in product design,product differentiation competition,talent management,innovation management and innovation mode.It is faced with the opportunities of policy and regulation support,import substitution and technology upgrading.At the same time,it faces the initial development stage of "Internet + medical care".The challenge of increasingly fierce competition in the mobile medical market.Based on this,this paper constructs the innovation and improvement ideas of X medical enterprise client service from four dimensions: new service concept,new client interface,new service delivery system and new technology selection,and puts forward corresponding service innovation strategies.This paper combines the hot areas and hot issues in the high-tech information service industry in the medical field,including service function,interactive mode,payment service,etc.,with service innovation and client demand,and explores the service innovation approach to the contradiction between the high-tech medical equipment and the low informatization level of the audience.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the level of client service quality of medical enterprises to the greatest extent,and to enhance the differentiated competitive advantage of enterprises.
